Modern times are characterized by hectic schedules. People move through life at high speed. We’re always coming and going and there’s really no time to stop and take a rest. All this rushing about means that it has become exceptionally hard to organize quality family time. Families today are on fast forward mode. They’ve got so many activities-appointments with doctors and dentists, play dates, grocery shopping, household errands, PTA meetings, business lunches, homework, daily chores and the like. Time is getting incredibly scarce.
