You are constantly making dozens of decision but you don’t think about it as much because its not as important. Well, the same process that you use for the small decisions will server you well in this big one. We just need to break it down.

What is the one product you buy over and over again when you don’t really need it? Insurance. You care insurance twice a year but you probably haven’t had any damage to the car in years. Insurance is funny like that. Its the one product you can only buy when you don’t need it and can never buy when you do. It’s funny but we all do it.

If you are concerned about senior issues, you have heard the two words, dementia and Alzheimer’s. Often the terms are used interchangeably as the differences between the two are not always clear. We are going to look at the relationship of these two terms and spread a little light on dementia and its many forms through a overview of some of the findings from the Alzheimer’s 2010 report.

There’s no ignoring it any longer. You have watched your mom or dad or both parents age over the years and in the past have been able to convince yourself that they are fine living on their own. But something has happened, maybe a fall, or other medical issue, that has convinced you that this is no longer the case. You can no longer avoid it, its time to move your parents out of their home they have lived in for decades to a senior facility. This can be a difficult time no doubt. Without some planning and careful consideration, your parents may become resistant, difficult and worse, leaving your feeling guilty and miserable. I am going to show you a few ideas that can make the whole task much easier and maybe something everyone actually enjoys.

Some times, the simple materials won’t get the job done. A tougher, lighter material is needed, which is not an easy requirement when it comes to material. With carbon fiber fabrication, that’s exactly what you’ll get.

Carbon fiber is everywhere today. You see it on RC cars, you see it on the Japanese tuner vehicles and of course on race cars as well. Usually when you see carbon fiber you see it with a very complex surface that was usually made with a mold. But sometimes you don’t need such a complex part. Sometimes, all you need is a flat sheet of carbon fiber. Where its for cosmetic purposes or you need a really strong panel, making carbon fiber flat sheets is not difficult and I am going to tell you how to do it.

If you have read anything about carbon fiber you probably have run across the term “pre-preg” but you may not know what it does or even what it is. Typically carbon fiber fabric is shipped as a dry loosely woven cloth. To use it, you use a variety of methods to apply wet epoxy resin to the cloth and then let it set at room temperature to cure.
